Shannon E Mayer

Shannon is an experienced leader in managed care and specialty healthcare, committed to advancing organizational excellence and improving community health. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Fraser, a Minnesota-based specialty clinic and provider of group homes. In this role, she oversaw operations, strategic initiatives, and service delivery to strengthen patient outcomes and organizational performance.

Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams grounded in accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. She focuses on aligning people, processes, and strategy to achieve measurable results while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and patient-centered care. She believes in empowering teams to solve problems collaboratively and fostering a culture where integrity, humility, and shared purpose guides the work. Her experience has equipped her to navigate evolving healthcare environments and drive sustainable improvements.

She is the proud mother of two daughters who work as registered nurses at Mayo Clinic, one in the hospital and the other in internal medicine. Originally from Hudson, Wisconsin, she has lived in the south metro for many years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her energetic golden doodle, Henry, whether walking, gardening, or relaxing by the water.
