Rhonda Eastlund

Rhonda Eastlund joined Open Door Health Center as Chief Executive Officer in July 2021, bringing a wealth of information and experience to Open Door. She has worked in the development of community health centers since 2007. A Minnesota native, Rhonda earned a BA from Augsburg University and has master’s level coursework in healthcare from Concordia University in St. Paul. Most recently Rhonda served as Chief Operating Officer for Chicago Family Health Center. For more than 20 years, she has been instrumental in the growth of programming for the underserved. Her career history aligns perfectly with the Open Door vision of health equity for everyone.
